This time, Shanghai High-New Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. selected the ZOZEN YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater and supporting waste heat boiler for its project in Ethiopia. To ensure the hot-pressing quality of the wood-based panels, the temperature of the hot-pressing board surface should be as uniform as possible. Therefore, High-New Science & Technology set clear requirements that the oil temperature and operation of the thermal oil heater should be stable. This series of boiler adopts a waste heat boiler to recover high-temperature flue gas. The steam generated from the heat exchanges of the waste heat boiler can heat the mill, rubber making machine and other facilities that require steam heat source. The waste heat boiler not only further improves the fuel utilization, but also improves the overall thermal efficiency of the heater to more than 95% and reduces the operation costs.
