In recent years, incidents related to food safety is nothing new, of which many are caused by unqualified food packaging. Therefore, food packaging safety issues have received wide attention from many food enterprises and the public. Nanjing Yanzhenwang Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., established in 2012, is a Sino-Japanese joint venture engaged in the production and processing of food packaging and other plastic packaging materials, which needs the support of steam heat source. In order to meet the demands of ever-expanding production scale and respond to the increasingly strict environmental protection policies, Nanjing Yanzhenwang Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. decided to replace the outdated production equipment with the eco-friendly boiler with high efficiency and good energy-saving effect to provide stable and safe heating support for the production line of food packaging materials.

The WNS condensing steam boiler produced by ZOZEN Boiler adopts large-diameter waveform stove furnace which can strengthen the flue gas disturbance to promote the sufficient combustion of fuel; applies internationally advanced low-nitrogen burner which can effectively reduce the generation and emission of NOx; uses thread smoke tubes, a kind of highly-efficient heat transfer element, which can reduce the heat loss caused by heat transfer to improve the thermal efficiency of boiler.
