Anda Beituo New Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 2017, is a professional environmental protection engineering enterprise specialized in the development, design, production, sales and services of environment-friendly products. As is known to all, industrial boiler has always been the essential heat source equipment in the production line of chemical products. After a period of investigation, Anda Beituo New Materials Co., Ltd. believed that the thermal efficiency of biomass-fired steam boiler produced by ZOZEN is superior to that of similar products. At the same time, considering the enterprise strength of ZOZEN with high-quality and sufficient-output boiler products, Anda Beituo New Materials Co., Ltd. decided to purchase ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler as the heat source support for its production line.

The SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler purchased by Anda Beituo New Materials Co., Ltd. is double-drum longitudinal chain grate boiler. According to the actual condition of Anda Beituo New Materials' production line, ZOZEN sets up dozens of separate wind barns on the grate to reasonably allocate the air supply according to the different characteristics and combustion conditions of biomass fuels, so as to ensure the complete combustion of biomass fuels. In terms of safety performance, besides the water level safety device required by the state, ZOZEN Boiler also adds the extreme low water level electrode protection device. The electrode is interlocked with the forced and induced draft fans to ensure the water level safety in boiler's operation. The last but not least, SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is featured with compact structure, convenient installation, short period and low costs to reduce the construction costs for Anda Beituo New Materials Co., Ltd..
