　　Biodiesel which uses waste oil from the catering industry, scraps from oil mills and waste animal fats as its main raw materials, has a bright future. There is nodifference between biodiesel andordinary diesel in performance. As important thermal facilities, industrial boilers provide appropriate temperature for the production processes of biodiesel, such as sedimentation, esterification, decolorization and other reactions. As a pilot enterprise of national circular economy standardization and a national high-tech enterprise, Tangshan Jinlihai Biodiesel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jinlihai Group. It has three biodiesel production lines, with an annual processing capacity of 200,000 tons of drainage oil, 160,000tons ofbiodiesel and 40,000 tons of bio-heavy oil.Exported to the EU in large quantities, these products are in short supply.

　　Facing the further expansion of production capacity, Tangshan Jinlihai Biodiesel Co., Ltd. decided to build a new boiler room on the east side of the plant and purchase a set of gas-fired boiler to meet the production requirement.
