thermal fluid heaters play an important role in the textile industry, providing heat energy for the process of dyeing, drying and printing. Located in Manila (the capital of the Philippines), Pantone Finishing Corporation is a large company engaged in textile products. The rising in natural gas price results in the increases of running cost for original thermal fluid heaters. In order to save cost while having no effect on production, the company planned to purchase several energy-saving thermal fluid heaters. The thermal fluid heater produced by ZOZEN has superior  advantages in manufacturing technique, which will guarantee the high quality. In consideration of the actual condition, ZOZEN’s engineer provided the company with YQW series gas-fired thermal fluid heater and a tailored-made solution. The thermal fluid heater adopts multi-loop coil tube design for safe operation, sufficient heating surface and high thermal efficiency. Furthermore,  to achieve maximum effect of energy saving and consumption reduction, the thermal fluid heaters are also equipped with waste heat recovery device including heat recovery boiler, air pre-heater and economizer. The textile mill was so satisfied with the solution that they ordered several thermal fluid heaters.
