PT.Musim Mas Groupis a world leading palm oil manufacturer, its products are used in food,chemical, power industries etc.. In refinery plant, oils decoloring, deodorization, each product's heating and evaporating, there are many processes that need steam;food industry has high requirements for sanitation, steam is used a lot for disinfectionand sterilization. Food plants are usually running 24 hours, once stops,it will need a lot of disinfection and sterilization. After visiting andcomparing, PT.Musim Mas Group chose ZOZEN SZL type coal-fired steam boiler. Ithas upper part and lower part for transportation and upper part is body heatingsurface; lower part is combustion room. This boiler is easy to install on site,costs less installation time, and easy to operate. In Indonesia, there areseveral palm oil plants using ZOZEN SZL series boilers.
