NTP Gelatine Pvt. Ltd., established in 1957, is a leading gelatin manufacturer in Pakistan. In the manufacturing process of gelatin, plenty of high-quality steam is needed in extraction, concentration and drying, therefore, one set of steam boiler with sufficient output and high quality is critical to the production line. The previous coal-fired steam boiler of NTP Gelatine Pvt. Ltd. had a considerable impact on the production due to inadequate combustion and insufficient combustion, so the company decided to reorder one set of efficient coal-fired steam boiler. ZOZEN Coal-Fired Boilers have outstanding advantages in product design, quality and performance, which were highly appreciated by NTP Gelatine Pvt. Ltd. ZOZEN sales manager conducted a field investigation to inspect the actual working conditions and provided a set of 15 tph SZL series coal-fired water tube boiler. This series of boilers has wide fuel adaptability, and is suitable for many types of coal including bituminous coal, lean coal, anthracite and lignite. In addition, it is equipped with different amounts of independent wind barns according to different evaporation capacity, by which users can adjust the wind supply to ensure the complete combustion on the basis of the type of coal and combustion conditions. Meanwhile, ZOZEN also customized feed system, slagging system and tail flue gas treatment system to increase the economic benefits in highest degree.
