As the essential thermal equipment in rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying; the performance of boilers has a direct impact on the economic benefits of the company. Located in  North  Sumatra, Indonesia PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise founded in 1956. The company's line of business includes the manufacturing of pneumatic casings, inner tubes, and solid and cushion tires for all types of vehicles. With the increasingly fierce competition in the international rubber industry, PT.Industri Karet Del planned to upgrade equipment to improve the competitiveness of their products. ZOZEN is an industrial boiler manufacturing enterprise with strong comprehensive strength, has obtained a variety of international certifications including ASME; what’s more, ZOZEN has achieved fruitful results in the international market. ZOZEN won the trust of PT.Industri Karet Deli with rich experience in the rubber industry. Considering that PT.Industri Karet Deli uses bituminous coal as boiler fuel, the sales manager of ZOZEN recommended SZL series coal-fired water tube boiler after a field survey. This series of water tube boilers adopts closely-aligned membrane water wall structure, changes the traditional furnace water wall structure of original industrial boilers, which effectively prevented the abrasion and radiation of high temperature flue gas to the furnace; this series of boilers uses unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency.
