Steam is used for heating, concentration, drying and heat exchange in production. Because of production needs, Sinopharm Co., Ltd. has purchased two sets of 10 tph WNS series condensing gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN boiler and put them into production after installation and commissioning. This set of condensing gas-fired steam boiler can not only generate high-temperature saturated steam in the pharmaceutical process, but also can adjust the multi-range according to the demand for steam to meet the needs of different steam volumes in the pharmaceutical process.

After the purchase and installation, the boiler equipment will soon be put into the use of pharmaceuticals. This boiler body adopts a wet-back three-passes, full-corrugated furnace and thread smoke tube structure. The design of the combustion chamber is reasonable and totally adapts to the city gas, natural gas, light diesel oil and other fuels. The boiler can use various combustion, and has less smoke pollutants and high thermal efficiency, which have saved us a large amount of fuel costs.
