The "Green Revolution" has become a global trend recently; Longzheng Environmental Protection Technologies Co., LTD. takes an active part in environmental protection, the companies decided to obsolete previous boilers with excessive emissions and introduce several sets of natural gas fired steam boilers. ZOZEN, one of the most influential boiler manufacturers in Asia, customized a comprehensive boiler solution for Longzheng Environmental Protection Technologies Co., LTD.: ZOZEN recommended 4 sets of 10 tph WNS series gas-fired steam boilers for the company based on their actual demands for steam. This series of boiler adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to increase furnace heat transfer area, ensuring the stable running of the boilers. In addition, the boiler is equipped with a low NOx burner to reduce the NOx emission to 30mg/Nm3; furthermore, ZOZEN also installed economizer and condenser on the tail of the gas-fired boiler, which will effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature below 60℃ and improve thermal efficiency up to 98%.
