Steam boilers are the important heat source equipment in the plastics industry, providing sufficient heat for polymerization, dehydration, drying and thermoforming processes. JJS SRL is a Chilean company with more than 40 years of experience, specializing in the production of polyurethane products for a wide range of industries. Temperature is a critical factor in the production of polyurethane products. Generally, the polyurethane reaction temperature is controlled between 60 and 100 degrees. If the temperature is too low, the reaction rate will be very slow, which is not conducive to the reaction. Therefore, the stable operation of steam boilers plays a vital role in the enterprise.Recently, the Ministry of the Environment of Chile has made clear requirements for NOx in boiler emissions, stimulating that NOx emissions should be less than 30mg/m³. Hence, JJS SRL attached great importance to the environmental performance of steam boilers when purchasing. ZOZEN offered WNS series natural gas fired steam boiler according to its actual needs. This series of steam boilers adopts large-diameter corrugated furnaces with high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded tubes to effectively improve thermal efficiency. In order to achieve energy-saving effects and save fuel costs, ZOZEN also equipped energy-saving equipment such as condensers and economizers at the tail of the flue. And the advanced low NOx burner easily achieve the ultra-low NOx emissions.
