Sewage prevention measures of natural gas hot water boiler

　　When the natural gas hot water boiler is operating normally, adjust the steam pressure, water level, oil level and sewage discharge at any time (the purpose of sewage discharge:

　　1. Remove the suspended foam on the surface of the furnace) Reduce the salt and alkali content in the furnace water to prevent the coexistence of steam and water. Ensure steam quality;

　　2 Discharge the sludge and dirt accumulated in the bottom and lower aggregate of the drum.

　　1. Fuel oil steam boiler should achieve balanced water supply during operation, and keep the water level within the normal range as much as possible.

　　2. When the load is heavy, the false water level may appear. If the load suddenly increases, the water level may first rise and then fall. When the load suddenly decreases, it will first fall and then rise. Therefore, when monitoring and adjusting the water level, we must pay attention to judging this temporary false water level to avoid misuse.

　　3. Two sewage discharge valves are installed in series on the bottom of the drum and the drain pipe of the lower header. One of the boilers and headers is a slow-open valve, and the other is a quick-open valve. When draining, open the slow-open valve first. After opening the valve slightly and quickly, the preheating pipe is then fully opened. In order to make the sewage discharge better, the valve can be opened and closed many times. After the sewage is discharged, first close the quick-open valve, then close the slow-open valve, and then open the quick-open valve to drain the water between the two valves.

　　Preventive measures for oil-fired steam boiler blowdown:

　　1 Before the sewage is discharged, the boiler water should be adjusted to a level higher than the normal water level. When draining water, the water level should be strictly monitored to prevent the boiler from being dehydrated due to sewage discharge. After a period of sewage discharge, manually touch the sewage pipe behind the sewage valve to check whether the sewage valve leaks. If it feels hot, it indicates that the drain valve is leaking and the cause should be eliminated.

　　2. Under the principle of "diligence, less discharge, and even discharge", each shift should be discharged at least once, and all sewage pipes should be drained in order to prevent boiler water quality decline and sewage pipe blockage, and even cause water circulation damage and pipeline burst accidents.

　　3 Sewage should be carried out under low load and normal working pressure. At this time, the pot water boils and relaxes, the slag is easy to settle, and the sewage discharge effect is good. 4 The sewage operation should be repeated many times, relying on the impact resistance to stir the slag, and then discharge it centrally to make the sewage discharge effect good.
